For orders within Metro Manila, our partner courier will pick up your item at your provided shipping address. For orders outside Metro Manila, please have it shipped to Shirt.ly’s warehouse through the shipping courier of your choice. We will refund your shipping fee. Submit the Item Exchange request form attached above and we will reply with further details.
Upon receiving the item from you, we will immediately process your new item. Please expect it within 6-10 business days (10-13 for provincial addresses).
